Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OpsKit.cc (hereinafter "the Site"), you signify that you have read and fully agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Nature of the Tools

The tools on OpsKit.cc are provided for assistance and reference. The configurations, commands, expressions, or parsed results they generate are engineering aids and do not constitute professional security, legal, operations, or production-change advice. Every result should be understood and tested against your own environment, versions, and constraints rather than copied verbatim.

3. Disclaimer (Important)

All tools provided on this Site (including but not limited to the Cron Generator, Nginx Config Generator, Docker Converter, and Regex Tester) produce output for reference and educational purposes only.

Production Environment Warning

We assume no legal or commercial liability for any server downtime, data loss, security vulnerabilities, or business interruption resulting from the direct copying and use of generated code, configurations, or regular expressions. Before applying any auto-generated configuration (such as Nginx, Docker, Cron, Regex, or JWT) to a production environment, you are responsible for rigorous manual security review and testing. Misconfiguration can lead to downtime, security risk, or data loss.

4. Service Availability & Changes

As a free toolbox, we strive to maintain high availability but reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Site (or any part of its functionality) at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by site interruptions.

5. Accounts and Access

Most public tools can be used directly as a guest, while some features may require signing in. You should keep your account credentials safe and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. To keep the service stable and secure, administrators or the system may restrict accounts and access that are abnormal, abusive, or threatening to the service.

6. User Account and Data Usage

The information you provide during account registration (such as your email address) is strictly protected. Our collection of this basic information is limited to authentication, abuse prevention, security auditing, and data analytics for improving the tool experience. We will not use this information for marketing or sell it to third parties without your explicit permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Site for attacks, intrusion attempts, bypassing security controls, bulk API abuse, malicious content distribution, infringement of others rights, or activities that violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to restrict accounts or IP addresses involved in abnormal access, malicious requests, or behavior that harms service stability.

8. Free Quotas and Future Paid Features

OpsKit.cc is primarily a free toolbox, and some features may limit guest usage, export count, or request frequency. In the future we may introduce Pro features, quota limits, sponsorship, affiliate links, or low-distraction ads to support the project. We will try to keep core tools broadly available and stay transparent about such changes.

9. Intellectual Property and User Content

The page design, code, copy, icon composition, and tool interactions of OpsKit.cc are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Content you enter into tools remains yours or belongs to its original rights holder. You may use generated output on your own responsibility, provided your use does not infringe third-party rights or violate project constraints.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsKit.cc is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. Where local law does not allow full exclusion of liability, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Contact and Updates

We may update these terms as product features, deployment architecture, legal requirements, or security policies change. Major updates will be reflected by the last updated date on this page where practical. If you have questions or feedback, contact us through the email below.
